Job summary

ASRI, a visionary property developer, is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor in Jakarta to oversee attendance, contracts, and labor law compliance across the organization. You will liaise with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in HR operations, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS Sunfish preferred. This is a hands-on role reporting to the HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or HRM or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operation Supervisor or related role.
• Strong knowledge in managing attendance, employment contracts, and labor law compliance.
• Familiar with labor regulations, BPJS, and employee relations/issue handling.
• Ability to oversee and manage office supplies.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and management.
• Proficient in handling documents, records, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Experienced with HRIS systems (Sunfish) is preferred.
