Job summary

ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) is seeking an HR Operation Staff to manage attendance, contracts, and labor-law compliance. The role requires strong communication with employees and management, and handling HR documents and reports. Placement is at Mall of Indonesia, North Jakarta.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience, familiar with BPJS, HRIS systems, and able to liaise effectively across teams.

Qualifications
