Job summary

Luna Beach Club is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support the HR team in daily operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR administration. The role ensures HR policies and processes are applied consistently while fostering a positive, professional workplace.

The candidate will work closely with the HR Director and department heads to drive HR strategies, manage stakeholders, and maintain organizational integrity in Indonesia's hospitality context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or service sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a focus on employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure HR policies are consistently followed across Luna Beach Club.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits teams to streamline HR processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave, contracts, and other HR admin tasks in coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain strong employee relations and address concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
• Oversee performance evaluations, probation, and development programs with department heads.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling employee information and HR matters.
