Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and maintain HR documentation and employee data.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS (Workday or equivalent).
• Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers for clear requirements and timely hiring.
• Support onboarding and orientation; respond to HR inquiries.
• Utilize AI tools and digital solutions to improve HR efficiency.
