Job summary

Sandvik Indonesia is seeking a Human Resources Officer to provide HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data, timely processing, and compliant HR operations. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, data maintenance in HRIS, and end-to-end recruitment while partnering with hiring managers for clear requirements and timely hires.

Key responsibilities

Process, verify, and maintain HR documentation & employee data (accurate, timely, compliant)

Handle high-volume admin tasks: onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, records

Maintain data integrity in HRIS (Workday or equivalent)

Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, offers

Partner with hiring managers for clear requirements & timely hiring

Support onboarding & orientation

Respond to employee & manager inquiries on HR processes

Support employee lifecycle (onboarding, orientation, exit)

Use AI tools & digital solutions for HR efficiency (data, reporting, communication)

About you

Diploma/Bachelor in HR, Business Administration, or related

2–4 years HR experience (admin, recruitment, operations)

Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiar with AI tools/digital solutions

Strong attention to detail & admin task management

Understanding of HR processes & employee lifecycle

Strong organization, communication, service mindset

Proactive, interested in process improvement & digitalization
