Job summary

PT CitraDimensi Arthali (CEDEA) seeks an HR Operations Manager to lead Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Industrial Relations across Head Office and manufacturing sites in Indonesia. You will manage end-to-end payroll, develop salary structures, and ensure compliance with labor regulations while handling employee relations and policy development.

The role requires 7–10 years in C&B, Payroll, and IR (3+ in management) with FMCG/manufacturing exposure and willingness to travel to CEDEA sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Law, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• 7-10 years in C&B, Payroll, and Industrial Relations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience handling large-scale workforce and plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and IR practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel to CEDEA manufacturing sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Industrial Relations across Head Office and manufacturing sites.
• Manage end-to-end payroll including attendance, overtime, BPJS, PPh 21, allowances, and benefits.
• Develop and review compensation & benefits policies, salary structures, and manpower costs for Head Office and sites.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, industrial disputes, and termination processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and company policies.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to management related to payroll, C&B, and employee relations.
