Position Summary
The Payroll & HR Administration Executive is responsible for managing payroll administration for non-managerial employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary and overtime calculations and payments. The role also maintains employee attendance, leave and personnel records while ensuring all confidential HR information is properly managed and safeguarded.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor and verify employee attendance records, including absences, leave and overtime, to ensure accurate payroll processing.
+ Calculate monthly salaries, overtime payments and other employee earnings accurately and within the company's payroll timeline.
+ Coordinate and process monthly salary payments through bank transfers.
+ Prepare and report monthly labour costs and payroll expenses to the supervisor/manager.
+ Maintain accurate records of salary adjustments, changes and other employee compensation details.
+ Maintain and update employee personnel files, including leave, permission, disciplinary and other employment-related documents.
+ Ensure all HR and employee records are properly filed, maintained and easily accessible when required.
+ Safeguard confidential employee information and ensure sensitive HR documents are securely stored.
+ Support the HR department with day-to-day HR administration and operational activities.
+ Assist management in implementing company HR policies, procedures and processes.
+ Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
+ Ensure all payroll and HR administration activities are completed accurately, confidentially and within the required timelines.<
