PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk. is seeking an HC Services & Employee Relations Manager at our Head Office in South Jakarta. You will lead and develop a team, oversee payroll, benefits, attendance, training, and our HRIS, while ensuring compliant, efficient services aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting to senior management, and strategic policy development to enhance the employee experience in a large manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum 20 years in Human Capital, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership of HC Services & Employee Relations teams with strong compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HC Services & Employee Relations department, managing a team of HC professionals.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, attendance tracking, training rollout, and HRIS management.
• Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs and maintain compliance with laws and policies.
• Develop procedures to improve operational efficiency and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and deliver regular HC performance reports to senior leadership.
