Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in contractor, EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or project-based companies preferred.
• Strong experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across Head Office and project/site locations.
• Develop and implement HR procedures, policies, and workflows.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Team and hiring managers on priorities.
• Support strategic recruitment for critical and managerial positions.
• Supervise monthly payroll processes and ensure timely salary payment.
• Coordinate with government authorities when required.
• Manage implementation of the company's performance management system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across Head Office and project/site locations
• Develop and implement HR operational procedures, policies, and workflows
• Coordinate with Recruitment Team and hiring managers regarding recruitment priorities
• Support strategic recruitment for critical and managerial positions
• Supervise monthly payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely salary payment
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities when required
• Manage the implementation of the company's performance management system

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory position
• Experience in contractor, EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or project-based companies is highly preferred
• Strong experience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Able to work in a dynamic, project-based environment
