• Strong knowledge of the Bali talent market and local recruitment resources.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and execution skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs.
• Establish and manage local recruitment channels, partnerships, and resources.
• Develop and implement structured training, assessment, and onboarding procedures.
• Plan workforce requirements and ensure staffing capacity aligns with operational expansion.
• Monitor employee performance, training effectiveness, and workforce retention.
• Oversee HR administration, employee records, attendance, and compliance with local labor regulations.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to meet ongoing staffing and training needs.
• Track training effectiveness using metrics such as time-to-productivity, data acceptance rate after training, and retake rates.
• Manage the informed consent process for contributors, ensuring they understand what data is collected, how it will be used, and their right to withdraw consent.

This role will focus on building and managing operational teams, developing structured training programs, and ensuring employees are well-prepared to follow operational procedures, equipment usage guidelines, and quality standards.

The HR Manager will work closely with the Operations and IT teams to support workforce readiness, training effectiveness, and overall operational efficiency.
