Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a Japanese manufacturing client in Gresik to hire an HR Manager. The role covers overseeing HR operations, recruitment, labor relations, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage overall HR operations including personnel, recruitment, labor relations, and regulations

Lead labor-management negotiations and collective bargaining processes

Supervise and develop a team of 8 HR professionals (average in early 30s, no assistant manager)

Handle hands-on HR operational tasks as a playing manager

Report directly to Japanese director and provide support to other department personnel

Manage HR documentation, policies, and compliance matters

Support organizational development and employee relations in manufacturing environment

Other related tasks as assigned
