Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is assisting a Japanese manufacturing client in Gresik to hire an HR Manager. The role covers overseeing HR operations, recruitment, labor relations, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, labor relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead labor-management negotiations and collective bargaining.
• Supervise a team of 8 HR professionals and hands-on operations.
• Report to Japanese director and support other departments.
• Ensure HR policies, documentation, and organizational development.
• Handle other related tasks as assigned.
