Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA seeks a senior HR Manager to direct HR strategy and operations across Indonesia.

You will oversee recruitment, selection, placement, personnel administration, performance management, training, and career development to build a high-performing workforce. This role requires fluent Mandarin, strong communication across all levels of management, and solid knowledge of labor regulations, especially in the mining sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial HR role.
• Fluent in Mandarin, reading and speaking.
• Proficient in recruitment, training, compensation, performance, and talent management.
• Familiar with labor regulations and mining industry requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination with all management levels.

• Accountable for planning, developing, managing, monitoring and implementing the strategic and operation activities of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, selection, placement, personnel administration, personnel movement, performance management, training, career development and compliance. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position in Human Resources
• Fluent in speaking and reading Mandarin
• Proficient in various HR areas, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and talent management
• Familiar with labor regulations and government regulations in mining industry
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of building good relationships with all levels of management and employees
