Job summary

PT Alumax Global Sistem in Tangerang seeks an experienced HR Manager with 5-10 years in HR to lead strategic HR initiatives for both office and factory staff.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and OHS/HSE regulations while developing HR policies and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in HR management.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Law or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR management for both office and factory staff.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Payroll Systems, and OHS/HSE regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluations systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Residing in Tangerang.

Job description

Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as an HR Manager.

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or a related field.

Strong understanding of Human Resource Management for both office (back - office) employees and factory operational staff.

Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Payroll Systems, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/HSE) regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Able to develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluations systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (Human Resourse Information System).

Residing in Tangerang.
