Job Description:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, probation, performance appraisal, promotion, transfer, and offboarding.
Provide administrative support for payroll, compensation, and benefits processes in accordance with operational requirements.
Manage employee records and HR-related legal documentation in an accurate, organized, and confidential manner.
Coordinate with legal consultants, notaries, government authorities, and other relevant parties to support the company's legal administrative requirements.
Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and internal HR policies.
Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and employment-related issues in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, and exit interviews.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and procedures in compliance with business requirements and applicable regulations.
Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to support management decision-making.
Manage daily HR administrative operations and provide administrative support for business operations as required.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.
Perform other HR-related duties and special assignments as delegated by management.
