Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs.
- Plan manpower requirements, workforce structure, and succession planning.
- Advise top management on organizational development and HR-related policies.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all levels.
- Approve job descriptions, recruitment methods, and hiring decisions.
- Manage onboarding, probation evaluation, and employee placement.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions.
HR Operations & Administration
- Supervise employee administration, including employment contracts, attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel records.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of employee data.
- Approve HR correspondence, including employment letters, warning letters, and termination letters.
- Ensure HR documentation is properly maintained in both physical and digital systems.
Performance Management & KPI System
- Design, implement, and monitor KPI-based performance management systems.
- Ensure performance evaluations are conducted fairly, consistently, and on schedule.
- Analyze performance results and provide recommendations for improvement, promotion, or corrective actions.
- Manage performance improvement plans (PIP) and disciplinary processes.
Industrial Relations & Legal Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, disputes, and conflict resolution.
- Represent the company in dealings with labor offices, government institutions, and external auditors.
- Prepare and manage documentation for labor inspections and audits.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and develop annual training and development plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee competency development.
Company Policies, Culture & Discipline
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of company rules, discipline, and code of conduct.
- Promote positive work culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.
- Proven experience in KPI-based performance management systems.
- Proficient in using HRIS applications, preferably Talenta.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
