Job summary

The role focuses on designing and implementing HR process improvements and automation, including dashboards, while working closely with cross-functional teams and Employee Representatives to optimize labor costs.

Qualified candidates have a degree in IT/Management/Engineering, 1+ year HR/manufacturing experience (fresh grads welcome), and a good grasp of programming basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Management/Engineering or equivalent.

• Interest in programming and digitalization/automation.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement HR process improvements and automation (e.g., HR dashboard).
