PT LGE Indonesia R&D Center, LG Electronics’ new subsidiary, is seeking an HR/automation-oriented professional. The role focuses on designing and implementing HR process improvements and automation, including dashboards, while working closely with cross-functional teams and Employee Representatives to optimize labor costs.
Qualified candidates have a degree in IT/Management/Engineering, 1+ year HR/manufacturing experience (fresh grads welcome), and a good grasp of programming basics.
LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center (LGERC) is the first-ever overseas research subsidiary on behalf of the LG Home Entertainment Company established in November 2021. LGERC conducts all R&D projects for products targeting the global market, pointing to LG’s continued dedication to addressing the unique needs of local consumers as a leading brand loved worldwide. Enabling the unified operations of product development and manufacturing, the new subsidiary will allow LG to develop new models with higher efficiency as well as expand the company’s businesses in the global TV market with heightened speed.
LGERC also aims to foster local product operation systems focusing on R&D with the aim of developing a more diverse lineup of TV products that respond to the rapidly growing Asian market, particularly Indonesia.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Create and implement HR process improvements and automation (such as HR dashboard, etc)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain communication with Employees Representative
Support controlling monthly Labor Cost
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Management, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in HR / manufacturing field is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Have knowledge/interest in programming and making digitalization/automation
Able to use programming language (e.g. Java, Phyton, C++, etc)
Have knowledge/interest in calculation of Labor Cost
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a must.
Able to speak Korean is an additional point.
Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi.
Placement will be in LGE Indonesia Research & Development Center (new subsidiary of LG Electronics).
