Job summary

PT PERSADA is seeking an HR/Operations professional in Batam to build and maintain a qualified talent pool, manage employee documentation, and oversee recruitment processes. The role includes monitoring attendance and payroll, handling BPJS registrations, and managing operational administration and inventory.

You will address employee concerns, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with clients and staff, while preparing regular reports to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a qualified talent pool and candidate database.
• Manage employee documentation and HR administration.
• Handle recruitment processes, pipelines, and recruitment reports.
• Monitor daily attendance, payroll, and workforce administration.
• Manage BPJS registration, deregistration, and work accident claims.
• Handle operational administration and company inventory.
• Resolve employee concerns, operational issues, fraud cases, and absenteeism.
• Coordinate with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.
