Job summary

Paradise Bali is seeking an organized HR & Recruitment Admin to manage daily HR administration and the end-to-end recruitment process in Bali. You will handle posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee records in a hospitality-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace. Immediate or short-notice joiners in Bali are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or general administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential data professionally.
• Hospitality or F&B experience is a plus.
• Residing in Bali (priority) and available immediately or on short notice.
