Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia in Jakarta is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, HRIS activities and general affairs support.

You will work closely with employees, managers, Finance, IT, regional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.

The role requires 1–3 years of HR Generalist experience, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, and good English in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations.
• Experience with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, payroll and benefits.
• Experience in General Affairs / office administration and vendor management.
• Experience using HRIS/HRMS.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer attendance, leave, records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll with Finance and external providers.
• Manage BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee insurance, and benefits.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and internal setup.
• Support offboarding and exit procedures.
• Maintain HR records, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support GA and office administration, vendor relations and asset management.
• Assist with HR reporting and regional HR projects.
