Job summary

DVI Solutions in Jakarta is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee administration and HRIS/HRMS activities across the full employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and regional teams to ensure smooth HR and office operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and general affairs support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience with end-to-end operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations.
• Experience with BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, payroll and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee administration from onboarding to offboarding.
• Oversee general affairs and office operations and vendor relationships.
• Maintain HRIS/HRMS data and support recruitment and reporting.
