Job summary

CV Surya Cantik Kemilau is seeking an HR Staff to manage end-to-end HR processes in a retail environment. You will handle recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and HR reporting. Domiciled in East Cirebon and surrounding areas.

The role requires a minimum S1 degree in Psychology or HRM, at least 1 year of HR staff experience, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with multiple divisions to support daily operations and ensure compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as HR Staff (retail experience is an advantage).
• Understand end-to-end HR processes from recruitment, HR administration, to employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in data processing and HR reporting.
• Domiciled in East Cirebon and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes from job posting, selection, interview, to employee onboarding
• Manage HR administration including employee data, employment contracts, attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll
• Develop and update SOPs, policies, and HR documents according to company needs
• Handle employee relations and assist in resolving employee issues
• Create HR reports and conduct evaluation of workforce data
• Coordinate with all divisions to support company operations
