Job summary

PT Sempoa Sip Indonesia is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join our team in Tangerang. The role covers the full spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, administration, and payroll/HRIS management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' HR experience, hands-on payroll and HRIS experience, and a solid understanding of Indonesian labor law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Hands-on payroll processing and HRIS experience.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive matters.
• Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work independently.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English working proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries as first point of contact for employees.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee industrial relations and compliance with local labor law.
• Run end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Process payroll accurately and on time; ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data, records, and reporting.

We are looking for a hands-on, adaptable HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role covers the full spectrum of HR operations; from employee relations and industrial relations to end-to-end recruitment, administration, and payroll/HRIS management. Key Responsibilities

• Handle all HR-related inquiries and act as the first point of contact for employees
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary processes
• Handle industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor law and regulations
• Run end-to-end recruitment processes; from job posting and sourcing through offering and onboarding
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (tax, BPJS, etc.)
• Manage and maintain HRIS data, records, and reporting
• Support various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR
• Must have hands‑on experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems (please specify systems used)
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
• A proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment and adjusting to shifting priorities
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English preferred
