Lead global talent strategy, L&D, and HRIS digitalization for a premier MNC, driving performance and succession at our Global HQ.
- Global Strategic Leadership: Direct the multi-year talent roadmap for a leading multinational from our Klang Global HQ.
- Architect the Future: Job analysis and competency profiling; own the execution of HRIS, predictive analytics, and structural org design.
- High-Level Stakeholder Impact: engage with senior leaders and collaborateregionally.
The Challenge
As the Talent Management Lead, you aren't just managing processes—you are engineering the future of our workforce. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and sustainable execution across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Ownership: Lead the operationalization of Group-wide competency frameworks and learning pathways.
- Talent & Succession: Oversee the talent review process, map future C-Suite DNA, and manage high-potential (HiPo) trackers.
- Digitalization & Analytics: Direct the shift toward AI-integrated HRIS and provide strategic workforce insights using Power BI.
- Performance Excellence: Manage the end-to-end Performance Management cycle and integrate outcomes into Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Culture Engineering: Design and execute high-impact employee engagement and recognition programs for 1,000+ employees.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with HRBPs and Senior Management to align talent initiatives with global business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: > 5+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management or HR Consultancy (specializing in Talent Management, L&D, Performance Management and Assessment Centres).
- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience navigating large-scale organizations (1,000+ pax) or Group Corporate structures will be an added advantage.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI; experience in modern HRIS administration is essential.
- Education: Bachelor or Higher degree in Organisational/Industrial Psychology, HR management or a related field.
- Mindset: A proactive "deliverer" who can manage multiple high-level projects and lead cross-functional initiatives.
