Job summary

Haemonetics in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support data administration and analytics across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HRBPs to strengthen standard HR processes and maintain accurate records in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong communication and analytical skills. Collaboration with local teams, adherence to labor laws, and HRIS experience (Workday) are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist or operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in HR systems such as Workday.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR process and procedure support.
• Manage daily inquiries through employee self-service case management systems to achieve service levels.
• Keep all documentation up to date and provide training to target audience.
• Support process improvements and harmonization activities.
• Provide accurate data reporting for HR metrics, inquiries, and audits.
• Conduct new employee orientation and training on policies and benefits.
• Assist HRBP with employee relations, discipline, and payroll inquiries.
• Support recruitment by reviewing job profiles and managing candidate status and offers.
• Assist HRBPs with onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data retention requirements.
• Participate in projects to support HR department; undertake ad-hoc duties.
