Bosch Group in Jakarta Selatan is offering a full-time paid internship for students in IT-related fields. You will support regular HR reports and dashboards, and help automate HR processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of automation and workflow concepts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Ecosystem including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel automation, VBA or scripting.
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with an interest in digital solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation of regular HR reports and dashboard.
• Assist in developing and maintaining HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify manual HR processes that can be improved through automation.
• Help develop automation solutions using Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Copilot).
• Support testing and implementation of HR automation projects.
• Explore and apply AI solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
• Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Create documentation and user guides for automation solutions.
• Support HR digital transformation projects, including onboarding, workforce reporting, and learning administration.
