Job summary

Bosch Group in Indonesia is seeking a full-time paid internship for college students. You will support the preparation of HR reports and dashboards, and help develop and maintain HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

You will identify manual HR processes for automation, build automation solutions with Microsoft tools, test projects, and contribute to HR digital transformation including onboarding and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT-related field.
• Basic understanding of automation and workflow concepts.
• Familiar with Microsoft ecosystem and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of regular HR reports and dashboards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify manual HR processes for potential automation.
• Assist in developing automation solutions with Microsoft tools.

• Explore AI solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
• Analyze HR workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.

Job Description

• Assist in developing automation solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Support testing and implementation of HR automation projects.
• Explore and apply AI solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
• Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support the creation of documentation and user guides for automation solutions.
• Support HR digital transformation projects, including onboarding, workforce reporting, and learning administration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of automation and workflow concepts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, SharePoint, Excel Automation such as Power Query, VBA, or scripting)
• Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to explore innovative digital solutions.
