Responsibilities

• Assists in interviewing and hiring HR employee team members as needed.
• Maintains contact with external recruitment sources and attends job fairs.
• Networks with local organizations to source candidates for openings.
• Monitors candidate identification and selection processes; performs quality control on candidates.
• Assists with administering employee benefits and unemployment claim activity.
• Supports employee development through orientation, cross-training, and training programs.
• Maintains employee relations through open communication and proper documentation.
• Helps ensure legal/compliance practices, including file maintenance and privacy compliance.
