Responsibilities

• Assists in carrying out daily HR activities including recruitment, total compensation, and training and development.
• Delivers HR services meeting employee needs and ensures compliance with laws and procedures.
• Assists with managing recruitment and hiring processes and maintains contact with external sources.
• Supports employee benefits administration, unemployment claim activity, and hearings as needed.
• Supports employee development through orientation, cross-training, and training programs.
• Maintains employee relations via effective communication and open-door policy.
• Assists with legal/compliance practices: maintaining files, privacy, safety, and records.
