Job summary

Smile Ready Bali is a leading dental aesthetic clinic in Bali, delivering cosmetic and restorative dentistry. We are seeking an HR and GA administrator to manage HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and GA administration.

This role also supports general office operations and facility maintenance in a busy clinic environment. The ideal candidate holds a related Bachelor's degree with 1 year of HR experience (healthcare preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare environment; fresh grads encouraged.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination and selection.
• Source qualified candidates through various platforms and channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle HR administration including employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Assist with onboarding, HR policies, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle GA administration including office supplies, inventory, facility maintenance, and general operations.
• Monitor and coordinate office equipment and assets to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support other HR and GA functions and projects as required.
