Job summary

Samara Liveaboard in Bali is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate KPI setting, review employee performance, and manage daily HR administration. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations.

The role requires 2–3 years in HR/GA, experience with payroll and attendance systems, and a willingness to travel to vessel locations. Hospitality/marine/liveaboard background is a plus, offering growth within a expanding team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR, GA, or similar experience.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations.
• Experience with payroll and attendance systems.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, marine, or liveaboard industry is a plus.
• Willing to travel to vessel locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with head department for KPI setting and monitoring.
• Review employee performance and satisfaction with head department.
• Manage daily HR administration and employee records.
• Handle recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other HR documents.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and movements.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation and BPJS administration.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and assets.
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and office services.
• Manage company documents, licenses, permits, and admin requirements.
• Support travel arrangements, accommodation, and crew movements.
• Coordinate with boat/operation teams for administrative and crew needs.
