Rieckermann Indonesia is seeking a motivated Service Engineer (HP Indigo) to install, service, and troubleshoot HP Indigo digital printing machines. You will provide maintenance, repair, and support, ensuring excellent customer relationships across a collaborative, international team.

The role requires a Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic engineering degree, 2–3 years in digital printing, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 2–3 years' experience with digital printing machines, including graphic, automation or printing in field service/technical support roles.
• Strong mechanical and electrical trouble-shooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, dynamic and highly responsible.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, often on short notice.
