Job summary

The Lazy Rabbit Hostel in Bali is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Staff to maintain high cleanliness standards across dormitories and private rooms. You will be responsible for changing linens, cleaning floors, and restocking guest amenities, while reporting any damage or maintenance needs promptly.

The successful candidate should be hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team, with daytime shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in hostel, hotel, villa, or resort preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of housekeeping duties.
• Basic English is an advantage.
• Willing to work daytime shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

Clean and prepare dormitory beds and private rooms

Clean and disinfect toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors

Maintain cleanliness in shared kitchens, lounges, and reception areas

About you

Previous housekeeping experience in a hostel, hotel, villa, or resort is preferred

Knowledge of professional cleaning procedures and hygiene standards

Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented

Honest, responsible, and punctual

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties

Basic English is an advantage
