PT. SSP Taurus Gemilang Indonesia is seeking a Daily Worker Contract for Housekeeping at our Kuta Bali property on a contract basis. You will be part of a dynamic housekeeping team dedicated to maintaining pristine rooms and public areas for guest comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, changing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and ability to work varied shifts in a hospitality

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and tidying guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard.
• Changing bed linens, towels and other textiles regularly and according to schedule.
• Restocking guest amenities, toiletries and supplies in rooms and bathrooms.
• Inspecting rooms for maintenance issues and reporting any damage or repairs needed to management.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors throughout assigned areas.
• Dusting furniture, fixtures and other surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers and tubs.
• Following all health and safety protocols and using cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Responding promptly to guest requests for additional towels, amenities or room services.
• Working efficiently to meet daily cleaning quotas whilst maintaining high quality standards.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when needed

About the role
We are seeking a Daily Worker Contract for Housekeeping to join our team at our Kuta Bali property on a contract basis. This role is fundamental to our operations, as housekeeping team members are responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of our facilities and ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and hygienic stay. Your work will directly impact guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our property. You will be part of a dynamic housekeeping team that takes pride in delivering excellence in every detail.

Key responsibilities

Cleaning and tidying guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained

Changing bed linens, towels and other textiles regularly and according to schedule

Restocking guest amenities, toiletries and supplies in rooms and bathrooms

Inspecting rooms for maintenance issues and reporting any damage or repairs needed to management

Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors throughout assigned areas

Dusting furniture, fixtures and other surfaces

Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers and tubs

What we're looking for

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, resort or hospitality environment is essential

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards

Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods

Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently and meet daily quotas

Reliability and punctuality, with a consistent work ethic

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Respectful and professional demeanour when interacting with guests and colleagues

Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment

Willingness to follow health and safety protocols

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as required
