Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run room reports, verify status, identify discrepant rooms, and update room status.
• Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Follow safety and company policies; report hazards and injuries; complete safety training.
• Ensure uniforms are clean and professional; protect company assets.
