Job summary

ASRI is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee cleanliness and hygiene for indoor and outdoor mall areas, based at K Mall in Central Jakarta. The role requires 3+ years in housekeeping within malls or similar commercial properties and strong knowledge of sanitation and pest control.

Bachelor's degree in any major required.
Minimum 3 years in housekeeping, preferably in malls or commercial properties.
Strong knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, hygiene, and pest control.

Responsibilities

Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of indoor and outdoor mall areas, incl. public areas, corridors, toilets, and facilities, per housekeeping standards.
Monitor and coordinate with housekeeping vendors to manage daily cleaning activities, manpower allocation, work schedules, cleaning standards, service quality, and SOPs.
Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and pest control to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for visitors, tenants, and employees.
Oversee housekeeping facilities, equipment, and supplies, coordinating with related teams to ensure maintenance and availability.
Respond to and resolve visitor or tenant concerns related to cleanliness, housekeeping, sanitation, and facility conditions promptly and professionally.
