Job summary

TS Suites Bali in Seminyak, Bali, is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant on a contract basis to uphold high hygiene and presentation standards in guest rooms.

You will clean, stock, and maintain rooms, ensuring readiness for guest arrivals and timely service delivery. Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred; strong reliability and a proactive attitude are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Housekeeping Room Attendant in a hotel or similar hospitality establishment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items, and stand for extended periods
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently whilst following established procedures and guidelines
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established housekeeping standards and procedures
• Change bed linens, towels, and other soft furnishings daily or as required
• Dust, vacuum, and polish all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures in assigned rooms
• Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Replenish toiletries, amenities, and supplies in guest rooms
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to supervisors immediately
• Ensure rooms are inspected and approved before guests arrive
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or cleaning services
• Maintain a neat and organised appearance whilst on duty
• Follow health and safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within scheduled timeframes

This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness and comfort standards of our guest rooms. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that every room meets our high standards of hygiene and presentation, directly contributing to our guests' satisfaction and our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established housekeeping standards and procedures
• Change bed linens, towels, and other soft furnishings daily or as required

• Knowledge of safe handling and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Reliability and consistent punctuality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and systems
• Preferred experience in a luxury or high-standard hospitality environment
