Job summary

PT. Graha Megaria Raya is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to join our team in Seminyak, Bali.

This contract position focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort and hospitality for our guests. As part of the housekeeping department, you will ensure all areas of the property are impeccably maintained, contribute to guest satisfaction, and uphold the reputation of our establishment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, room cleaning or similar hospitality housekeeping roles.
• High standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Excellent physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Effective communication within a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping equipment and cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Ability to take initiative, problem-solve and respond positively to feedback.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety procedures in hospitality environments.
• Fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Inspect rooms systematically to identify maintenance issues or damage and report them promptly to management.
• Stock and replenish guest amenities, linens, towels and supplies in designated areas.
• Perform daily deep cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning requirements with professionalism and courtesy.
• Separate and dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental and health regulations.
• Maintain organisation and cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas and supply inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet daily housekeeping schedules.
• Report any security concerns or unusual situations to supervisory staff immediately.
• Follow all health, safety and property protocols and procedures.

About the role

This is a contract position that plays a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort and hospitality that our guests expect. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of our property are impeccably maintained, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our establishment.

Key responsibilities
