• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in hospitality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee housekeeping attendants on assigned floors, ensure cleanliness standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to meet high hotel standards.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory.
• Organize work schedules for housekeeping staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs promptly.
• Mentor and train new housekeeping staff on standards.
• Coordinate with front desk, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Track and report KPIs such as guest satisfaction and cleanliness ratings.
