Hilton Bali Resort is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across assigned floors. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless operation.

As a leader in hospitality, you will mentor team members, handle guest requests with courtesy, and report on key performance indicators to drive service excellence and memorable guest experiences at Hilton Bali Resort.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Manage Housekeeping Staff: lead attendants on assigned floors and ensure cleanliness.
• Inspect Rooms and Facilities to meet high standards.
• Manage Inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Schedule Shifts for optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Handle Guest Requests and resolve housekeeping issues promptly.
• Train New Employees to uphold standards.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance for smooth operations.
• Report on operations and cleanliness ratings.
