About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team at Cocoon Reserve in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness, comfort and presentation standards of our facilities. Your work will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and hygienic environment that ensures guest satisfaction and upholds our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitisation of guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas and public spaces to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Change bed linens, replace towels and replenish guest amenities in a timely and professional manner
• Inspect rooms and facilities for any damage or maintenance issues, reporting these promptly to management
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
• Follow established cleaning protocols and standard operating procedures, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional cleaning services or special needs
• Assist in maintaining order and organisation of storage areas and housekeeping departments
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support seamless daily operations
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment

• Proven experience working in a housekeeping or similar cleaning role within the hospitality or tourism sector
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Physical capability to perform the demands of the role, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanour when interacting with guests and colleagues
• Knowledge of appropriate use of cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment, with a strong commitment to safety protocols
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexible shifts as required
• Fluency in English is preferred; additional language skills are advantageous
