• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to prepare rooms for arrivals.
• Manage time to complete assigned rooms and tasks.

About the role

Magnum Estate Group is seeking a Housekeeping Staff member to join our housekeeping team on a contract basis. Based at The Umalas Signature, our aparthotel in Umalas, Canggu, this role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and aesthetic appeal of all common areas throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, make up, and inspect guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, towels, and other room supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the appropriate department.
• Handle guest requests and provide prompt, friendly, and professional service.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
• Follow hotel health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned rooms and daily housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and consistently deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
