Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Commercial Director to develop and implement an integrated commercial strategy across all hotel revenue streams, including Groups, Conferences and Events, Rooms, F&B, Leisure and Spa. Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in a revenue-generating or commercial role within hospitality or travel.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing sales or commercial teams.
• Experience presenting strategic plans to senior executives and stakeholder groups.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration within matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions.
• Track record of identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
• Experience in multi-complex hotel or travel industry operations.
• Cross-disciplinary exposure to Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial strategy and execution across revenue streams including GCE, Rooms, F&B, Leisure, and Spa.
• Maximize revenue and profitability through alignment with GMs and Finance.
• Lead pricing and forecasting strategy including demand planning and reviews.
• Align on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce and PR to drive demand.
• Adapt to market dynamics by monitoring trends and competitors.
• Strengthen relationships with owners, operators, Hilton teams and partners.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management and development.
