Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Familiar with HACCP procedures and policies.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Self-motivated and energetic.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect received items for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
• Update inventory records using our management system.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom and storage areas.
• Assist with stock rotation and ensure proper storage of all items.
• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
