Mercure Hotels in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring inventory to support hotel operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in storekeeping, knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, and proficiency in Excel and inventory systems. Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and coordinate with multiple departments is essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or Vocational School in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar position, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, goods receiving, and stock control procedures.
• Familiar with FIFO and FEFO stock rotation methods.
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management systems.
• Good numerical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain stock security.
• Physically fit and able to handle goods and supplies when required.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.

• Manage and control daily store operations: receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring inventory.
• Record all stock movements and ensure accuracy in the inventory system.
• Inspect incoming goods against orders and resolve discrepancies.
