Job summary

Accor in south Jakarta is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage daily hotel store operations, receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control to ensure stock accuracy and availability for smooth operations.

You will maintain FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, perform regular stock counts, document movements, and coordinate with Purchasing and other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Vocational School graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Familiar with FIFO and FEFO stock rotation methods.
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and monitor inventory to support hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and documentation; resolve discrepancies with Purchasing.
