Swiss-Belhotel International is opening a brand-new hotel in Bali and seeks a capable leader to spearhead the pre-opening setup, ensuring every detail is perfect for the grand launch.

You will identify and recruit skilled staff across all departments, deliver engaging training, and embed our brand values to create a motivated team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position at an international hotel chain.
• Experience in pre-opening is an advantage.
• Strong leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English is a must (written and spoken).
• Driven, team player, result oriented.

Responsabilités

• Spearhead the setup for the brand-new hotel and ensure every detail aligns with the grand opening plan.
• Identify and recruit skilled and enthusiastic staff across all hotel departments.
