Job summary

Swiss-Belhotel International is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping functions across guest rooms and public areas. You will ensure cleanliness, compliance with health and safety, and efficient operations while coordinating budgets and preventive maintenance.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a background in hotel housekeeping management. English fluency is essential; local language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate education in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; local language skills a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in housekeeping leadership in a hotel setting or 5+ years in a supervising role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations across all departments under supervision.
• Monitor health and safety compliance and budget adherence.
• Assist with annual budgets and targets for areas under supervision.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze profitability to optimize costs.
• Lead communication of policies and procedures across departments.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure guestrooms and public areas meet established standards.
• Manage keys, housekeeping schedules, and guest-related housekeeping services.
• Collaborate with Engineering on maintenance programmes.
