Job summary

Delonix Group Indonesia is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager – Reserve GM Track to join our growing hospitality operations team. This hands-on role oversees daily hotel operations, guest experience, and on-site team supervision across assigned properties, with opportunities to advance toward a General Manager position.

You will lead Front Desk and Guest Service teams, ensure service standards, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel operations, front office, guest relations, or property operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial-level roles.
• Experience as Assistant Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, Duty Manager, Guest Service Manager, or similar role will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel or property operations during the assignment period.
• Supervise and support Front Desk, Guest Service, and on-site operational teams.
• Ensure excellent guest experience across all service touchpoints.
• Monitor daily operational performance, service quality, and reporting.
• Support occupancy and business performance through operational execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.
• Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs and service standards.
• Identify operational issues and provide practical solutions.
• Support local partnerships or business opportunities when needed.
• Assist in implementing business strategies and improvement plans.
• Be prepared for property assignment, rotation, or placement based on business needs.
